Hi i am spoting something smelly and brownish,it doesn matter whether i use pads but it keeps on smelling,and i always experiance period pains even though i am not menstruating,now the have stoped but onother pains has occured right on my stomach it feels so hard even to laugh bewcause it keeps on paining,can you advise what is it and what to do
