Hey! if you got your period, you SHOULD be good.. im not a fan of Plan B..side effects suck.. i say wait it out and see if your period is normal.

Pregnancy test would be useless now - it's way to early to test, even if you were pregnant (you have to wait at least two weeks after the unprotected sex to test, it just takes time for pregnancy hormone to build up in your body). But, I'd have to agree that there is not much point in taking Plan B now that you are on your period because the lining of your uterus is shedding (Plan B would cause that also) and chances are very big that you weren't ovulating when the sex happened so you couldn't have gotten pregnant, i the first place.
