My period was due on 20th mar but still no periods did my pregnancy test twice but shows i am nt pregnnt . Now i have light milky dscharge from vagina very sore breasts. And tired all the time often feel dizzy. Suffering with cramps. Can it still be signs of pregnancy?

Those can all be signs of pregnancy, but can also be signs of an upcoming period. If you're really nervous about it I would suggest getting a blood test done, those are like the most accurate way to test for pregnancy.
But it's okay, if you took two tests and they all had the same results then I'm sure that it's very unlikely that you're pregnant, but if some more time goes by and you're still experiencing those symptoms maybe just look into a blood test for a really accurate result
