I'm 22 and had unprotected sex last night and my boyfriend cumed in me. This morning I woke up hurting really bad in my stomach and in my lower back, stomach is queezy. I'm just wondering if I may have some kind of infection or possibly pregnant. Any advice will help!! Thanks!

Morning sickness is not likely until the 4-6th week of pregnancy (earliest 2 weeks after ovulation). There is a chance you may be or end up pregnant, but it's not likely to be the cause of your morning ailments happening now.
