Hey guys, I'm a high school track runner, and starting cross country for the first time this fall. Often, though, when I go on runs in warmer weather, my stomach hurts, and not to be gross, but then I have to quickly use the bathroom when I return from runs. This was never a problem during winter or spring track, just last summer and starting up again now. Is there a way to fix this? It's happened often now and I really don't want it to be an issue for XC.
