I like to cycle. I am zealous athlete. I am serious about my training. It sounds like I am a fanatic but I am not. It is just that I don’t like the roller coaster type of physical activity. During spring, summer and part of the fall you work out like crazy and then during the winter you get lazy (I have got the rhyme!). I would appreciate any suggestion regarding winter cycle training.

Well, I don’t like doing nothing during the winter either. So what can we do? I go out on warmer days and keep cycling. On colder days I stay at home and work out on a trainer. So I don’t stop spinning the wheels yet I don subject myself to harsh weather conditions and risk getting sick after such session. You can try it too.
