stomach pains and backaches

I have been having sharp stomach pains (like cramps, but worse) for the last few days. I am also in excrutiating pain from my back and have to have my husband massage it every day. At first, my back would hurt on and off but lately it has been nonstop. Also, I cannot eat as much as I usually do. I know that I am not full but I feel as if I am and if I keep eating, my stomach hurts even more and feel as if I am going to vomit. Then I need to lay down or else I get dizzy.

I am going to the doctor in 5 days but I was wondering if anyone has had anything like this and if there is a test i should ask the doctor to do.
