There is always a risk. Taking Zoloft while on Suboxone can increase the risk of serotonin syndrome, which can be life-threatening. This is due to the fact that both medications affect serotonin levels in the brain.
Maybe you won't feel anything, or maybe you will have a severe reaction, you never know. So, be careful.
