I have a large lump sticking out of my anus, I can push it back inside, but it's at least 5 centimeters. I was examining myself and I found 2 more inside my vagina, on the lefty side, I can feel the anal lump from the inside of my vagina. Very painful and at least strawberry/large grape size. what is it? It appeared overnight, could it be a tumor?

Yes I have had this many times from sitting or standing, even walking too long. They get more pronounced the longer you do these things. You can push them in and sometimes they pop right back out and mine were called Hemorrhoids. I purchased some Hemorrhoid ointment from any store by the pharmacy area (the insert tip kind works best) it will help shrink the lump inside and out and help with the swelling and possible itching.
