Unfortunately ladies, there are plenty, and I do mean plenty of these so-called companies sprouting up all over the place because they know everyone is looking for a "quick fix". Just remember you did not gain the weight overnight and you will not lose it overnight. Just take your time, exercise 20-30 minutes a day, be mindful of what you are eating, and the weight you want to lose WILL come off without the aid of harmful pills or potions that come out on the market. It may take a year to see results but it will be well worth it and you will be so proud of yourself knowing that YOU did it and not some rip-off artist.

I just received the advertisement in the mail yesterday. Like most people trying to lose weight, we are looking for the easy way out. Let's face it, taking a pill is not going to work majic for you. The truth is, its going to take eating right, (fruits & Veggies) and some form of activity (walking, yoga, bike riding). Stop being so gullible with these flyers that come in the mail to you. It's all lies, people are being ripped off everyday.
