I received their literature today. It seemed to be too good to be true and doesn't work for several people. I guess there is no magic bullet.

Friendly advice because I am a humanist. I lost 100lbs. In one year. I ate clean and healthy cutting out carbs during the week, only drink water and I did cardio three times a week and cardio weight reps three days a week. I went from a size 22 to a size 7/8 in juniors. I kept it off for three years eating what I wanted with cardio. Then I got married, stopped doing any training and gained fourty lbs. So I'm back on it again as of this week. It works and with different routines and one rest day I'm never bord with my workouts. This time though I think I'll continue to eat healthy and clean. I hope this knowledge works for you all. I do not use diet supplements. I did come across this site though through my mother needing me to do research because she did order the pills for herself.

If company has many different addresses must be a scam. A reputable company would be easy to locate. BE WARE!

Isn't it funny---over a year later & there are still mailings for this product :-) I have struggled with my weight, all my remembered life. I have tried more "diet plans" than I care to count. I joined a support group & have received so much information. However, the bottom line is: if you aren't willing to change your lifestyle, you will fail. Use the food pyramid for help; start walking (this is the safest & easiest form of exercise) to help with firming up & toning; & for heavens sake - find a support group in your area!! I won't mention the one I found so you will make that decision, yourselves. All I can say is help yourself - change your way of thinking as well as your past eating regimen. Don't think of dieting as a dirty word - it is a process of eating. And remember, if you drop off your plan today, you can begin again tomorrow. Every day is a new beginning & only you can make these decisions. I hope this "sermon" has helped & I truly hope you will succeed (each day). As an afterthought: don't give up - never give up! I am still challenged every day & some days I fail, but I begin, again, one day at a time :-) Take heart & remember it takes time.
