Hi. I'm 25 year old male.
I have never had problems with being overweight because I have been pretty physically active almost all my life.
I have trained basketball and walked a lot in a day. Last year I have graduated and same year I have also found a job.
I quit with basketball and spent whole year beside the computer.
Of course, I put some weight on.
I would really like to reduce this and I was wondering what are my options for this simply weight loss mission?

Well, I will probably tell you nothing new but you ask for it.
You could obey traditional formula- Eat less, exercise more! I guarantee it will work.
But I also understand that this is sometimes isn’t possible to perform.
You have probably eaten a lot during time you have practice basketball and this habit stayed even now.
But you must know one thing- every day, you find yourself in all kinds of situations in which it's difficult to eat less. So, your character will be on testing.
I don’t believe in diets. You also probably know that virtually hundreds of different diets and loss programs. Like I said, I think that they are created to take your money and nothing else.
Healthy diet combined with exercise remains only natural solution for you.
