I was told that cancer takes what it wants or needs. Also cancer survives on the sugar in your body and we have more sugar than you realize my sister had lung and cervical cancer 37 years ago and now at age 74 this horrible cancer has returned, it is breaking my heart, we lost a sister 2 years ago to a stroke and heart problems, I wish there was more we could do to help them cure these terrible diseases. I pray to God she will have the strength to fight this again. She had a knee replacement 3 years ago and just about 2 months ago she fell and broke her femur right above her right knee replacement, but now she is having problems standing on her left leg and can't walk at all. It seems like she is losing weight almost everyday. She was close to 200 pounds and now she is like 162 in just a couple of weeks, plus she has diabetes I am so sorry that you lost your loved one

Hi my wife michelle was first diagnosed with breastcancer back in 06 she had all of her standard chemo &radiation treatments etc ....then had a very short remission . then she was diagnosed again , but this time with stage 4 metastatic bone cancer, we have 4 children ages 14 through 22 shes current ing seeking treatment sisters of providence mercy cancer Center . it's been hell for everyone seeing her go through all of this and helpless she cancer all over her pelvis spine right leg right chest area her back is full of scars from having radiation therapy and just recently spent 4 week s in the hospital and rehab due to the use of her entire right leg . question can bone cancer deplete your calcium levels and what effect s should we expect??????

I have a friend who's son has osteosarcoma. Pretty far along. Had surgery a year ago on the knee and chemo, but now its back in full force. In his ribs, eye socket, lungs, and jaw. We're amazed and crushed at how quickly its returned. How's your nephew?

I know this post was over a year ago but it really made me mad. Who are you to belittle the fears of people with cancer? I have had osteosarcoma for five years. I was fourteen when it was found in my left femur and right lung. I did 9 months of chemotherapy and two surgeries. A year and half after that I had to have and above the knee leg amputation and two more lung surgeries. I have been having nodules removed from my lungs ever since and most recently found some in a lymph node right next to my aorta. My chances of survival are lowering every time and I've accepted I probably won't make it to my 21st birthday. Along the journey I have made many friends and a couple have died from their osteosarcoma. The survival rate is 15-20% for metastatic disease. Facing death or watching someone you love face it isn't joke. It's serious. These people are just showing they care. Yes, of course prayer helps but we are human and we have fears so don't tell people they don't have a right to worry about something as silly as it may seem to you.

My relative has has the osteosarcoma stage 1. Doctors operate it and chemo is in progress. We hope that he will get well soon. We are trying to arrange the Artesunate tablets, it is anti malaria & herbal chines product and very effective for all type of cancer.
Another friend told me that he was affected by the cancer and after chemo it was reached to the stage 4. There is another way so he started the dose of injection Gen M 120 IV and Tab. Iberet folic 1+1 a day for one month and than he only took the tab Artesunate (in single ingredient) it is chines herbal product for 6 months. Now he is OK from last 1 and half year.
The Tablet Artesunate is an anti malaria and are very effective for any type of cancer. It must be in single ingredient. It is easily available only in china and can be used with chemo because it reduce the side effects of chemo.

What drugs could be used for Durogesic withdrawal? Mum has just stopped Durogesic after about a year of usage to relieve pain. Will the tramadol pills help? She has metastatic breast cancer in lungs and bones.
