hi i have had a gurgling noise that is constant from my stomach and it is very audiable, this is with swelling of the abdomen, sore breasts, pain in the back and constipation. i have had a hystorectomy with the left ovary taken, leaving just the right ovary. i have a constant feeling of fullness and slight nausea. any ideas on what is going on???
