Hii, for about 3 months i've been having a pain in my lower left abdomen, its not particularly painful but dull and constant, it comes and goes and usually lasts for about a week. The past 2 times it's occurred the morning after a night out (involving alcohol) but once it just came after i bent down. I have no other symptoms, apart from at night there's loud gurgling from inside my abdomen and sometimes slight constipation in the morning. I've been to the doctor but he just prescribed painkillers. Does anyone have any idea what this is?!
