I am a 28 year old male and about 2 months ago I noticed that my left testicle was swollen up quite a bit. I don't recall ever having an injury that might have caused this. I did one day decide that I wanted to "AIR" dry them after the shower. As my manhood was swinging in the wind I looked down and could almost see the swelling grow. I have been to the doctor and have had many different diagnoses, none of which seem to be helping. I have had a prostate exam, ultrasound, MRI and ex-rays of the back. The doctors cannot find anything wrong other the the visual symptoms. This is causing discomfort all down my left leg and foot. I have been taking celebrex for the swelling and darkest for the pain with no improvement. I have even been checked for a hernia and that came back negative. I was hoping to get some advice on what I can do to fix my situation, maybe new areas of looking for solutions. Pleas advise.

I have been dealing with pain in my left testical for two years now with no relief! The best advise I can give you is to get a second opinion or more. In the last two years that i have been dealing with this I have taken more meds than I have in my whole life and it seems to be for nothing. I still have the same pain and it really puts a damper on what I am able to do. I cannot do any physical activities other than just walking. Anything else causes it to swell up and hurt even worse.
Reading up on this is very discouraging! It seems that there are many with similar issues and are not able to get good treatment!
