Does anyone have any idea why after over a year my lip is still swollen and completely numb?? I'm a 30 year old femae... My bottom left lip has been numb since April 2013, and completely numb since the summer of 2013. On Dec. 21 I got surgery from an Ear, Nose and Throat doctor to remove a "tumor". One inside, no tumor was found. Now i am left with a much bigger lip and still no answers. I've had MRI's and brain scans. test after test. Also on steriods to "reduce swelling". No change. No one seems to know what's causing it or how to get it to stop. Any suggestions??
