i am 15 years old and i have never been sexually active. i was in the bathroom wiping myself when i felt some irritation when i then saw it was some type of veruca/pimple on my labia minora. it is really painful and bothers me when i walk.
i thought it was infected so ive been cleaning it with hot water and salt but as the 2 days have passed its changed from red and black to white spot with a dot of green on it. what is this?! is there anything i can do to help before i see a doctor next week??

I've been getting bumps there since I was 12 years old. Sometimes they go away, other times they get larger and really painful, fill up with infection, and burst. I have what is known as hidradenitis suppurativa. Your doctor may prescribe antibiotics and he/she may not. You're doing what can be done. Hot compresses are the best thing for this issue. A hot bath with epsom salt may be even better. Keep an eye on it because it sounds like it's going to pop. You'll want some disinfectant like peroxide or betadine if that happens. Good luck.
