Hi. As the title states, these are my symptoms. I'm 25 y/o, and in great physical/mental health.

It started out as a migraine, so I had run out to get some advil, as that's the only thing that works to get rid of 'em. As I was standing in line, it hits me like some kind of wave. I'm dizzy, start sweating, get major chills, and my whole body is tingling. I became very tired, and it feels like I'm going to vomit.

Since I got back and sat down, it's starting to wane, but I still have the blasted migraine.

What exactly could be going on?

What you describe very much sounds like a migraine attack and the important thing in all of this is that migraine is not just a headache, it’s a pulsating or throbbing pain on one or both sides of head which comes together with number of symptoms and dizziness, cold, sweat, fatigue, weakness and nausea are all among them. And these attacks, like one you had, keep repeating triggered by different causes. Was this the first time something like this had happened to you? Maybe it wasn’t migraine at all, depending on how stressful your day was, have you eaten and what, and were you tired, not only when it happened, but generally. Hope it’s ok now.
