Hello! I have been on synthroid for a year now, regulating my hypothyroid. I haven’t been exercising for a year as I have been too frustrated about this. Maybe I should have. I did put on weight, and now I am wondering if I could still build muscles? Thank you!

Hi! I have been on synthroid for 3 years now. My TSH level is never over 4, and I have been successfully exercising. I eat 5 times per day, 2 of these meals being snacks, and I am definitely seeing a difference.
