Taking 75 mg of benedryl allergy tablets

Hi! Thanks for the post - before I answer I suppose my question is why did you take 75g of benedryl? And why did you need it? The normal dose of benedryl is one 8mg tablet 3 times a day, which means you clearly, knowingly took 9 tablets (not sure whether together or spread out). The tablets are antihistamines and the manufacturer states that there is no experience of dealing with overdose, therefore it's quite hard to answer your question. If you're having real allergy issues you should see your doc. If you're having sleep issues you should do the same. My main advice is to make sure you never do it again.
