People have different definitions of virginity, but the only consistent one is that you are a virgin if your hymen is intact with a normal very small opening. Unfortunately, although the tampon is narrow when inserted, it become wider as it absorbs menstrual fluid, and when you removed the tampon your hymen was torn or widely dilated. Hence you are not a virgin and you will not bleed when you have intercourse
