After some pretty full on dry sex the other night.. with no oral or actual penetration i noticed a sore on my penis when urinating. It was quite red at the time and when touched was pretty sore. It has had a bit of loose skin around it but no pus and no severe itching in the genital area. Is it possible that its just friction burn. I have been sexually active in the past but not for the last 5 months or so. Since putting some household cream on it, it has seemed to start dull down in size but its still tender in the middle.

If it is friction burn how long will it take to heal? If not what is it? Its it hasnt been pustular? its not really a raised bump?
