I dont want My penis to Fall OFF

OK i had unprotected sex with my girl then after i had a bump in between my thigh and balls it was soft but VERY VERY mild discomfort only felt something when i touched it left it for some days and it went down to the point of almost going away...then i had sex again with my girl then 2 bumbs showed up on the base of my shaft on opposite sides with VERY little to no pain when touched the next couple hours i guess...i waited 24 hours then they began to go down the one on the left side almost disapeared i guess it bussed over night because it looked like dried puss was over it when i woke up as is the same for the right side but this one is more tender....now after they leave i have two VERY tiny almost pin sized white bumps that looked like the early stages off a face pimple on the left side but i have two pairs of these white bumps abut 2 cm apart...i thought they were just friction burn pls tell me its JUST friction burn and P.S. since the bump on the left side popped it looks almost like run burn or a sore PLZZ get back to me ASAP!!
