Terrible Burning in tip of eurethra

VCF is the worst product - Will never use spermicide EVER again!!!!! Day 3: Last night, Christmas Eve at 1:30 am, I found myself driving 30 min. out of the way to get more AZO and thank God I did. All of that after finally going to the ER because I was still pissing razor blades yesterday around 12:45pm. They took my urine sample and to my confusement found no infection. My advice to anyone suffering this painful experience is brace yourself; because you will be in pain for 3 days. Don't go to the ER, what a waste of time and money. The only thing I got was Vicodin and a topical solution called lidocaine that I rub on the shaft and tip but really is useless. The Vicodin, AZO, ibroprofin mix seems to slightly diminish the pain but really it's just time that heals this beast. I have been drinking 100% cranberry juice and tons of water to pee and flush this out. I think that drinking TONS of fluids and staying away from acidic foods is key. I know it sucks just thinking about peeing and that you will be in tears peeing but trust me this gets better on the 3rd day. I am currently 36 hours into this (36 hours after having a reaction to the N-9 in VCF) and my pain urinating this morning was about a 3 or 4. The following from another poster is accurate: Pain timetable: Immediately after: 10/10 12 hours later: 8 or 9/10 24 hours later: 7/10 36 hours later: 3/10 48 hours later: 1/10 To summarize, as everyone has said, get a washcloth to bite down on and grunt through the pain of the first initial pee unless you can wait. Get AZO - this is a MUST, trust me!!! Don't be weirded out because it's in the woman's aisle and that your pee will turn red orange; it's a lifesaver trust me!!. Don't go to the ER. It's not worth the time nor money unless you really want painkillers (which really don't matter for this problem in my opinion). Get 100% cranberry juice and drink that with water as much as possible to flush everything out. The reality is that it's gonna suck ass every time you pee; no way of getting around it. You just have to wait and flush it out. Now I am going to try and enjoy my Christmas with my family (2 month old son) - what a terrible holiday this has been thanks to VCF that piece if sh*t product!!! I will be writing a long and lengthy letter to that company DEMANDING they put a warning on their f*****g product at the least, if not pull it off all shelves. So I say again to the VCF manufacturer, f**k YOU!!!! Thanks for causing problems with my wife and I during Christmas and putting me through so much pain. Merry Christmas to everyone else; although I really hope you are not experiencing this problem like I did during Christmas Bottom line: VCF and anything with spermicide is aweful, DONT EVER USE unless you want to know what acid feels like coming out of your penis. Absolutely the worst pain I have ever felt in my 34 years on Earth.

I've had a very similar experience. I'm 23 and this girl is the only girl I've ever had sex with and I'm her first and only boyfriend as well so there's no way either of us have an STD. The only thing that concerns me is, in response to one of the above posts, I had a thicker discharge that oozed out before I could bare peeing. It wasn't a lot, no more than a few milli-liters at most over maybe 15 minutes. Anybody else have this experience? I've been a bit terrified because its my first time using the thing and I thought I might have already broken it. 

Not sure what that ooze is you're talking about. Might want to get that checked out though. 

I had this experience about a week ago and immediately found this forum and thought I would share my experience. Like most, I was having sex with the ultra thin condoms and felt pain during, but decided to tough through and finish. I woke up in the middle of the night and when I tried to pee I almost cried. The best description I found on what it is like is pissing out razor blades. SIDEWAYS. Worst pain ever. I didn't finish pissing and instead decided to research it. Found this forum and a lot of people suggested getting AZO because it helped. I knew I had to do something because I know that retaining your urine for a long time is not a good thing and a urine infection can occur. Well I suppose the AZO took the pain down from a 10 to a 9.5, but not much help. I will say that the best advice I got on here was to get a washcloth and bite down on it and just piss as much as you can. Do not just trickle a little at a time because that will be more painful. Once it starts coming out just bite down and push as hard as you can. This lasted for about 3 days, (the first two suck bad, third is bearable). I feel your pain if you are reading this and going through this pain. Just get that washcloth and pee out as much as you can man. 

Same problem here, same cause. Trojan ultra-thin w/ spermicidal lubricant. Incredible pain for about 48 hours every time I urinated or ejaculated. Completely miserable. Threw away the entire lot of condoms. I can't believe that this is that common and there is no kind of warning and I've never heard about it before. This is some messed up stuff!

same issue. lay still till you gotta urinate and do drink water! then get rid of those condoms

Rare I post to forums but coming off life changing experience...N9 beasted me.... Pissed swords n was ready to go to ER until read this forum , doubled over in pain... But read day 3 it's pretty much over... Didn't happen, but only kidding fire day 6 ... Still pissing coals day 10 n felt ok to f**k, diff condom obv, felt weird bc hurt , taking long time. Different... Rougher, anyway, next day I got lesions.... Out of town 2 days..... I read about n9 n has to be but now doubling down w friction burn lol.... No one backing me up at all...... Hate docs, I go, embarrass my proud, busy self... He says it's herpes (in not do many words), totally ignores my words. Swabs, waits 4 days to tell me but I knew , penis healed like a champ (doc did give meds which def helped) , morale of story is docs know sh*t, trust yourself, Wikipedia rules, this forum was right n gave me hope!! I wasn't normal bc most cleared 2-4 days n I was fd up 3-4 weeks but want everyone to see this .... f**k NONOXONYL 9!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me start by saying I NEVER post anything on threads like this. However after experiencing the pain I just had, I feel it is my obligation to other men to post this. This will be brief and to the point. If you are having pain due to using spermicide wash the tip out with a water bottle , shower head or even a garden hose. Seriously do it. Also go to drug store and get AZO urinary tract infection medication. Lastly grab a towel , bite down and give it H*ll! Good luck Brothers

This is aweful. Thanks to all who posted. I'm going to flush the tip of my tool now. I'm pretty sure I just "sharted" leaving my girlfriends house because I was in so much pain after urinating. I will never buy another Trojan condem period. I actually thought peeing would make it feel better. This is bulls**t. F*** Trojan.

You had an allergic reaction to the spermicide. This happen to me twenty five years ago, and I'm sorry ti say the only way for it to go away is with a shot of penicillin. After that you might want to stay away from spermicide products.

Just got finished using those extra lubed trojan condoms. I can't believe they allow these to be sold. Used them for a second time, thinking the pain wouldn't return on account of doctors pumping me with antibiotics for anything that could be related to it, yet here I am again, terrified to urinate because of the pain that's sure to come in the morning. NEVER BUY. 

Read through all 11 pages..... same story as everyone else. I'm 48 hours in and the pain is still there. Initial pain was a 10, next morning was a 10. I took some AZO (2 pills) about 12 hours after the initial pain. That helps A LOT- probably went down to a 5 or 6 pain wise. The problem was that I only took 2 pills. So, I woke up today (36 hours in) and the pain was back to a 10 in the morning. Maybe because I only took 2 of the AZO pills.... I've been taking AZO all day today and that lowers the pain quite a bit. I'm not sure what will happen in the morning though. I've never been more scared of porcelain in my life

This occured to me once many years ago. My partner used a suppository type spermicide and it had the exact same effect as noted above. My reaction was shorter but somewhat more violent. 20 mins after sex I took a showered and pee'd in the shower. Two seconds of intense pain that was too much for my system to handle. I passed out and woke up several minutes later in the tub. I can only assume I continued to pee while i was unconscious. I dreaded to the time I needed to pee but amazingly there was no discomfort whatsoever. Ill never get involved with that stuff again. Not worth the risk. And in all honesty its no substitute for a generic correct fitting condom.

WORST PAIN EVER!!! Crazy thing is, this happen to me 2 nights ago.. I thought it was some soap had got into my penis.. Check this, after going that whole da** night in HELL, pissing Fire Needles, I turn right back around and used the codom last night... U know the rest, except now its even worst because it was still sore.. I've held my pee in so long my stomachs hurting.. Its too sore for that pain, and now that I know its the codoms fault I'm pissed!!! WTF would you sell this torturing sh** as a safety precaution?? But thaks for the advice guys, just hope it works.. Now i'm off to my torture chamber, to take the last worst leak ever............
