Terrible Burning in tip of eurethra

same here, and i didnt even have sex my girlfriend just put it on me to tease me and my penis was on fire for a good 3 hours.

Same problem here. 45 minutes ago. During sex, I too, started burning. (Trojan Armor Spermicidal Lubricant) 

This was has happened twice in two uses of these condoms.  I'm throwing the damn things out, because burning during and after sex is absolutely ridiculous.  If this is an allergic reaction, why the hell has it gone unaddressed for so long.  I've been a lifelong Trojan user, but I think it's time to switch brands.  Not sure I can continue being loyal to a company who sells a product like this.  Now, to go flush my sh*t with water so I can sleep. 

Just had sex. My penis stings. Trojan ultra thin spermicidals. 'Nuff said. Gonna try the squirt bottle thing. The pain started during sex. Not before. Peeing made me recoil. Those condoms are going in the trash.

Hey all, I have been using the Trojan ultra thin spermicidal condoms happily for the past two years (Time of which i discovered i loved them) i have always used them lightly since i cant really go as deep as id like seeing as how it hurts my gf. But last night i was having the time of my life, going balls deep :-)!! Ha, anyways as im in the end of a thrust i feel a light burning sensation on the tip of my penis, i think nothing of it and keep at it. I came and everything felt so good, except the burning came back and it was way down my urethra, it was only for a second so i thought i just had to take a piss to expel any semen inside. I went to the bathroom and started to pee and holy balls it felt like i was pissing shards of glass :-@!! It was almost crippling :'(, I stopped and immediately thought that it might've been the condom since i used it well and good. So what i did was wash my penis in warm water and opened my urethra and let hot water go inside. A couple minutes of that and the pain gradually went away. A good nights sleep and a jolly fat piss later and im all better. Never will i ever go and use that sh*t again! >;)

go to your doctor right away. could be serious, such as an STD, but likely just an infection.

You need to see your doctor as he will likely prescribe an antibiotic. Be glad the internet exists nowadays as this happened to me about 28 years ago and I was at a loss to figure out the problem. After several days of EXCRUCIATING pain I finally went to my doctor and it was cleared up quickly.

I used these condoms and I thought my d-ck was going to fall off.. well just the head. I got scared and I'm sooo happy I was not the only one. NEVER AGAIN wil I use trojan spermicidal lubricated condom!! NEVER!!!!I love my penis to much..

Here is the thing. I used these condoms and the next day........ The devil made fire come out my pee hole.. then it felt like someone stuck a needle in the head of my penis whle i was standing after. ,,, I'm taking AZO now and it seems to work.. All I know is that yesterday was the WORST!!

PLEAE GUYS TELL EVERYONE TO STOP BUYING trojan spermicidal lubricated condom!!!!  They are not goood!!!!

Did the stinging take a while to go away?

Hey. I used the AZO..and now there is just a quick sting at first when I pee, but then it doesn't hurt.. Was that how it was for you? And how long did it take for the sting to go away?

Oh my LORD. So I just spent the last hour in the bathroom trying to pee, and all I feel coming out is scalpels. I didn't get this from a condom though, my wife is about to get on birth control but in the mean time they gave her these little spermicidal film things to put in there. At first my penis felt like I had a little sperm left in the tip, so I went to pee it out. Talk about dropping a grown man to his knees in less then 1/100 of a second.

I had the same excruciating pain in the tip of my penis. Didn't use condoms or spermicidal lube. Started upon ejaculation with a little blood in my semen. Hurt a little at this point. Wasn't till hours later that urinated and felt the worst pain in my life. The rest of the day I feared urinating because of the pain during and for about 5-10 minutes afterwards. The tip of my penis became inflamed for that amount of time and then back to normal till I had to pee again. I began researching and found this page. I went to the doctor on day 2 of the pain and was prescribed an antibiotic. I was told to drink lots of water and avoid caffeine and alcohol. Day 3 now and the burning pain has reduced from a level 10 down to a 4 or so. The worst of it seems to be in the morning. One thing I tried that seemed to numb the pain was dipping my penis in cold water while peeing. Sounds strange but it helped.

Just like every one of you i had the same exact thing happen to me. Nothin to worry about, just dont use those damn condoms again.

Hey guys. I am in the medical field, and I've had the same thing happen to me last night. Stupid Nonoxynol. That sh*t is the devil. I agree with everyone on the pain, but after reading everyones posts and advice, I felt it necessary to offer up some advice of my own to hopefully save you from further problems. What I've been reading about everyone irrigating their urethras with tap water and a water bottle is a BIG NO-NO! While you may be relieving your pain, you are putting yourself at extreme risk for infection by introducing anything non sterilized into your urethra. You think the pain you're experiencing from the nonoxynol is bad? Wait until you find yourself with a staph infection of the genitals, or something worse! All something like a flesh eating bacteria needs to really start f*****g up your life is a break in your skin so that it can get to your vasculature and begin colonizing and propagating itself. When putting non sterilized water and delivery devices to your urethra, your basically delivering infectious organisms directly where they want to be and bypassing your body's first line of defense, the skin! NEVER introduce anything into a body opening that isn't sterile, especially the urethra, because the urethra doesn't even have the barrier defense (skin) that your nose or ear do, and the inside of your urethra is mostly unprotected and highly vascular, which is why nonoxynol burns so much on the inside but not so much on the skin of the penis.

 

Unfortunately, like myself, you're just going to have to suffer the pain of it during urination until it has been cleansed from your urethra by your urine. Or, if you dont want to wait for that to happen, irrigating it out will be very helpful, just do it the smart way and go see a doctor or urologist and let them irrigate it out with sterile water and sterile delivery equipment. What I dont want to see happen is someone on this thread come back on here a couple months later ranting to everyone about not shooting water up their penis, because they did and it led to a flesh eating bacteria or staph infection that led to permanent damage of their penis, or even worse, loss of their penis. Think it doesn't happen? Think again. Diseases are indiscriminate when it comes to WHAT tissue they destroy, they are opportunistic. Meaning, if you give them the opportunity to destroy your penis, they will.
