So me and my bf have had unprotected sex 9 times (everytime ejaculating in me) and I am no longer on any birth control. My last period was 2 weeks ago and I was due to start ovulating but was unaware of this and still proceeded to have sex (meaning I had sex one day before ovulation and may have also had sex during un be known to me). Anyway I am a full time smoker and have been drinking frequently and in big amounts. I was doing a bit of foreplay with my partner when he realised he had blood on his hands (blood that looked like it would have came from a blood nose or something). I'm not due for my period for another week or so. I went to the toilet after I saw the blood, and when I wiped myself a few times just to check I noticed that there was a reddy, then pinkish then eventually browny mucussy substance, it was first clotty but now just mucussy.
I suspect i may have been pregnant and due to the binge drinking and smoking had a miscarrige. But I'm am not as educated as i wish to be about this stuff so could anyone spare a few minutes to help me out?
Oh and I am planning to take a pregnancy test tomorrow but still would like more of an ease of mind. :?

Hi! There are the symptoms of miscarriage, maybe this will give you a clue: bleeding which progresses from light to heavy, cramps, abdominal pain, fever, weakness, vomiting, back pain. From your story I wouldn't say that you've miscarried. You could also see your gynecologist, just to be sure. Take care.
