Hi Guest,

It should be accurate, but...

Home pregnancy tests are only really accurate when they indicate positive.

False positives are very rare.  False negatives are VERY common.

In some women they never work.

If you are a month late, see your doctor to find out why you aren't having your period.  It could indicate a hormonal issue.

Good luck.

thank you for your reply. i had a period about two weeks after the pregnancy scare but i had also taken plan b, so i'm a little confused as to what was a real period and what was just brought on by plan b. thank you.

A common side effect of Plan B is that your next SEVERAL periods are early or late. You can even miss them. It is unlikely you are pregnant.
