I'm a 18 year old boy/man i dunno lol and well i noticed this bump/lump/thing hard to describe really its just something other then a testicle. After noticing i remembered that a year or so ago i noticed and kinda just put it to one side and forgot about it, now remembering it i kinda worried myself and don't know what to do :/

There is no pain well until now when i been poking around the testicle sack.

The location of this 'Thing' is on the left testicle seems to be bottom/back part.

After some thinking at work i figured it could be some kind of tube but my understanding of the human body is till, which is ironic as i work at GSK lol but of course nothing to do with human biology.

Im too scared to go see a doctor or even tell my parents its stupid i know but its embarrassing if it turns out to be nothing :/

Thanks in advance :-)

There is probably no problem.

Many men have what feels to be a sack of worms, but is just a distended vein in the left side of the scrotum.

However, you may be describing a lump that causes you no pain, until after you have started prodding it.

Do mention it to your family doctor on the next visit, and he is likely to examine you and determine if there is anything to be concerned about. In the meantime, don't worry about it, unless you have other symptoms or are in pain.
