Some quak Dr.s did that to men using goat and dog testicles back in the 1940s and earlier. Never did hear what kind of infections and castrating affects that damage to their testicles finally did to them. Of course, that stopped when the effects became known and obvious to the poor men getting duped into animal nuts for donors. It would take massive anti immune rejection drugs to get a man's body to accept another man's testcile tissue into his body. The likely scarring to his grafted testicles would probably leave the man receiving the testicular graft getting sterile and losing the whole testicle over time. Men's testciles don't take damage well at all and often shrink up and die when damaged enough.
