Hello. I'm 20 year old male and I believe I have developed some testicular problem. Few days ago I have noticed that I suffer from mild numbness in my testicles.
I didn’t know what could cause it and didn’t pay too much attention on it. But few days after I have experienced the same thing and I have realized that it is happening only after my hours of biking.
Twice a week I'm taking hours in biking and I believe that this is the exact cause of this testicular numbness. What should I do about this? I can't stop with my biking but I'm afraid I could develop some serious health problem!

Hi. I totally understand what you are talking. I had the same problem with my biking. You see, I'm passionate biker and you can't imagine how many hours I spent on my bike.
Testicular numbness wasn’t my only problem! Sitting on a hard, narrow bicycle saddle for more than 30 minutes at a time - especially if you also wear tight-fitting bicycle shorts -may raise your scrotal temperature and affect sperm production. That’s why I needed some quick and effective solution. A friend recommended me some Hornless Bike Seat. It has helped me a lot because it doesn’t causing any pressure on testicles. Beside this- wear padded bicycle shorts and take frequent rests while biking.
