Firstly I guess there must be a few things known:
I have Neurofibromatosis 2, a badly twisted rib cage.

About 2 years ago, I recently noticed I get very lightheaded, and almost faint when I get out of the shower (it's gotten more common) I then found my bladder area shivers quite frequently (every few days) and it's a bit painful when this happens, My left testicle has pain when lightly bumped or touched (there are no lumps visible - this was very recent)

I don't know if these are all unconnected and most people experience them or not, but I would like some insight. thanks.
