Firstly what is the average length for a testical to hang further than the other one as my left testical is twice the hang length proportionally, than my right one.
Secondly i have read that it may be common when examining your testicles to come across sperm tubes at the back of the scrotum, however i have what seems to be these tubes but they are located above, and each side of my left testical. Also the surface area of what i belive to be tubes for whatever puropse is very large and almost the size of another testical.
Also when exemining myself i found what feels like grissle that you find on the bone of a chicken, this was situated either on or between the tubes.
This also seems to be attatched to the testical but is hard to determine.
Overall the most daunting or if you like embarrasing factor is that these lumps / tubes are clearly visible through the scrotum which is a daunting prospect when considering a sexual relationship with my partner.
If these symptoms are not cancer then what are they and how can i get rid of them or stop them from being so highly visible.
Lastly, is there any type of massaging treatment of anything to that relation that i could do at home to decrease the size of the swelling ( if that is what these symptoms are )
Also my nan died from cancer a few years ago. Does this have any affect on the likely hood of my symptons being cancer.
Thanx

Alright Buddy. This reply is going to make your day.
What you have, is without a doubt, a medical condition called a Varicocele.
It's a dialation/swelling of the veins on the left handed side of the scrotum.
They occur is 1 of around 7 men. Mostly occurring during puberty. They mean NO HARM whatsoever, but can cause discomfort, if advanced enough.
It is not any form of cancer, and is no way or form, cancerous. They are merely veins that blood drains into when your standing/sitting for a long period of time, and they go away at times, especially when laying down on your back(blood drains away from the testes.)
These veins are not attached to the testicle at all, but are around it, actually keeping your testicle warm, causing a condition called ATROPHY. Testicluar atrophy, is a shrinking of the testicle from surrounding veins, keeping it warm. It causes infertility in most men.
If you would like to see what my/most varicocele(s) looks like, feel free to scroll up and look at the recent posts, and read mine: "PICTURES INSIDE"
It shows/describes, in full, my exact varicocele condition.
As far as reducing the look of them goes...it's not gonna happen. They arent visible when the scrotum is retracted(not hung loosely). And thats about the only time.
I've been in alot of relationships/one night stands, and been with plenty of gorgeous women, who have no problem with it. You can politely explain, it's not a big deal, and hope she moves past it. If she's shallow enough to not suck your dong, because of a few veins....then she aint worth it buddy.
hope you're happy. cause it's nothing brother.

there you go. REMEMBER: my condition is more than likely, more advanced than yours. so dont panic when you see that what I have, isn't quite similar to what you have.
