I have a problem i have only been experiencing a few weeks. During and after urination ( Mostly in the morning) it burns on the bottom of my penis. After sex or masturbation, my testicles and stomach hurt excruciatingly for about an hour, like i just got kicked there. During the day, my penis itches constantly, but i dont see any sores, only little red bumps( Most likely where i shave). I have never had unprotected sex. I am freakinhg out. someone please help me with this problem.

maybe its because ur eating to much acids and not enought alkalines you should balance it out but thats for the pissing part im nt sure about the sex part im only 13 i came on here cause i just wanked n my groin hurts
