Rash all over my body after having sex with a prostitute. Is that a symptom of an STD?

Hello guys I'm so scared of hiv or std in general before 2 month I had protected sex with a prostitute in Germany I found her online. 1st she made wash my penis with soup and then cleaned it with wet paper then she put the condom and she gave and oral without condom after the sex she removed the condom slowly and then wiped my penis with another wet paper and now I got rash on my body (hand, neck,under my chest,on my hand, all my leg) with small white blisters that has white fluid and I have diarrhea and pain while peeing and I got some rash on my anus and on my penis I went to the doctor and he looked at the rash and said it eczema 1 have no other symptoms like headaches or muscle aches or fever or cold sores and the only rash that is dry is only on my penis. The doctor gave me a moisture and 4 pills and the rash on my penis is start to disappear but not on my body and there are some really small blisters on my leg and 1 on my hand and nothing is painful only itching. I know I wrote a lot but I'm really scared And when I pee I feel a slight burn on the tip of my penis
