Been having to much going on ya know. Trying to find another house we are living with my husbands dad and brother. My father in law decides hes going to start bringing women over to the house all the time. And he told us a few days ago hes moving out and leaving us here to pay EVERYTHING, (not to mention all the bills are behind). So basically were are screwed and have been screwed doesnt that just suck a big fat one. I think so. I wil be on and off of here for a while till my husband and I can get our lifves straightened out and on our own to feet. How is everyone else doing?

I'm not immune to that c**p either. I expected when I reached my age (71) I would be able to relax a little but it didn't work out that way.
I bought a 3 family house when I was 28 and I expected to have it paid for by now and be able to live on the rent and my Social Security. As it turned out I need the rent from both apartments to make the mortgage payments. I had to refinance the house to pay for my heart attack and bypass surgery so it will never be paid off in my lifetime.
Right now I have one tenant who is behind four months going on five. I'm hoping to get him out by January so I can look for a paying tenant. Tenants have many more rights than property owners. I had to sell the stock in my IRA to make my December payment and I'm cashing in my life insurance to make a few more payments. I hope it's enough to last until I can get a new tenant.
I just got a reply notice on a thread that Bambi had answered. Under her avatar it says "banned" boy they're mean, but at least she still has an avatar. You and BB are both missing your's.

It's really expensive here too. I blame that and the lack of jobs squarely on our federal government and don't get me going on that.

Well njoy my husband and I pay $675/month for a 2 1/2 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom. So exspensive :( well we recently turned the heat on in our house and come to find out theres a little world of roaches in our walls of our home. So needless to say when we turned the heat on in our house all these bugs swarmed throughout our home. And now our house is bowing apart, the ceiling is seperating from the freakin house itself. And we rent thru an agency and there not wanting to help us do anything. We have tried multiple bug sprays and none have worked so my husband and I are trying to get in touch with a news station so we can get our money back so we can move out bc they refuse to help. Ughhhhhhhhhhhhh 2012 isnt looking to wel at the begginging for us. So how is everyone else?
