Your penis can grow into your early 20's. The average size for an adult is 5.1". Yes, some guys can be much bigger. It's really what you do with it that counts, not the size. Too big can actually be uncomfortable for some women.
OK, you fantasize about your best friend. There is nothing wrong with that. You've seen him naked and are envious of his size. It's NORMAL. Even if you were to experiment with your friend, it's NORMAL. Lots of guys experiment with their friends and it does not mean you are gay.
Cut back on the porn though. It is NOT realistic and there are studies that it can alter your brain. It's normal to be curious about other guys - we want to know if we're normal or not. It's also normal to want to see if you ejaculate as they do, etc. Again, it does not make you gay.
