What do you think could be the cause of my dad's recent thermoregulatory failure and is it going to become sort of a chronic condition for he is also diagnosed with autonomic neuropathy whose underlying causes is actually his diabetes related. Anyway whatever the cause I would like to hear whether this thermoregulatory failure condition is about to be treated effectively and what are possible complications thermoregulatory failure related? Thanks!

I think that this thermoregulatory failure in your dad is probably sort of an acute condition triggered by his diabetes at first place so basically it is another more complication along with this autonomic neuropathy condition he was also diagnosed so I think it all depends on the proper diabetes treatment. I suppose he fails on sweating the normal way which again is causing him some further health complications including also bladder and urine hold trouble. Anyway I think he should discuss his current condition with his doc for it is more likely that all of his complications are one another related so this thermoregulatory failure trouble could only be treated effectively when the underlying cause is determined but to me it looks like it is his diabetes related.
