Thick white discharge, sometimes cloudy & constantly watery. No period

So for the past month or so I've been having all kinds of discharge at first I thought I was stuck in ovulation mode or something because I'm sure I cannot be pregnant. Although my boyfriend did finger me and I don't know is he had any cm on his finger but I am very scared. I'm constantly "wet" persay and I'm getting sick of it. I just want my period to come.. Its been about 2 months without my period and at the beginning I had an extreme loss of appetite, and when I did eat I would get extremly full and I bloating sensation.. That has subsided a bit now so that's getting better but I am still always full of that watery discharge. At first I was loosing a few pounds, and now I'm not gaining anything.. Can someone PLEASE tell me what's wrong:'( I'm a 14 year old girl who is worried.. & I've been stressing a lot for the past 2 months.
