I've experienced throat constrictions a few times over the last few months but yesterday's lasted the longest. I wasn't eating or drinking, not stressed (actually laughing and having a good time) and all of a sudden the left side of my throat constricted. It felt like a vein was "caught" on throat. Difficulty swallowing and lasted about 10 minutes. Just as I was about to go to ER it relaxed. Any thoughts?
