I’m only 13. I got my period when I was 10 a little to early it didn’t happen when I got my period but when I was 11 it only happened once I got really bad cramps and I felt like throwing up I couldn’t stand up or move so I just sat there by the toilet just in case I ended up vomiting I was shaking really bad. So today I woke up because I got my period I took a shower I ended up vomiting in the shower I got out of the shower and i had to go do number 2. I couldn’t even walk so I just layed down on the floor because of the pain it hurts so much that I ended up crying. I didn’t want to eat anything or do anything because of it.
