Hallo,
How long has he been doing this? This is very serious condition and I think
that he should see a doctor as soon as he can, because if he loses too much
blood he can collapse. For instance
strong vomiting that continues for a very long time may cause a tear in the
small blood vessels of the throat or the esophagus. So this can then produce
streaks of blood in the vomit. Also there is a problem with swollen veins which
can also cause blood in the vomit. Most nosebleeds occur on the front of the
nasal septum. My suggestion would be not to wait for this to stop and to go to
hospital and check his GI tract.
Good luck,
Karel
