Hi, im 13 and I am in puberty and have been since i was eleven. I have pubes, armpit hair, and I am growing facial hair, but my penis has stayed the same. It is 1' when soft and 2 1/2' when hard. Is this normal for a kid just turning thirteen?

You're normal sir.
Some guys get big early and others later. It's all normal. There are large variations in penis size until you get to be an adult. By then, they average out between 5 and 5 1/2".
Don't worry about your size and don't compare yourself to others.

Hey i am the same i am mid 13 and really worried.... The other day i saw that my friend has armpithair and got really worried :( i am nearly a year older then him, and i really want to hit puberty. Can someone help. Btw my penis is 1/2 inch when soft and like 1.5" when hard..... There is no way that cant be normal.

You are NORMAL. Everyone develops differently, EVERYONE. Most guys don't get pit hair until 15 or so.
Don't compare yourself to others.
Your penis will grow when it's ready. Some guys grow early and others later. It can grow into your 20's.
