This morning while dressing for work in the bathroom I had a tingling feeling in my right foot, that traveled to my left foot, then both legs, then my butt, then to both arms. This tingling feeling caused me to sit on the toilet stool in order to keep from falling. After a few seconds I attempted to stand up and immediately had to sit back down on the toilet to keep from falling on the floor. I felt a very heavy feeling and I don't know if maybe I panicked because this has never happened before, but I felt this feeling in the places mentioned for about a minute before it went away. Then I was able to resume getting ready for work.
