Tingling, persistent feeling in clitoris.. feels like i have to pee all the time with no infections?

I’ve felt this too, except I’m 12 years old.. it happened in school where I constantly had to pee, then I would go, and I would have to go again. except the feeling is in my clitoris. it can’t be a uti because the only symptom I have constant urge to pee, it happens every few days

Look up PGAD (persistent genital arousal disorder). It sounds like what you have. It is something not well known, and it's also very stigmatized because people don't think or being constantly aroused as a bad thing. It can be caused by different things, but ultimately it results in a very sensitive and ultra reactive Clitoris, which is very debilitating for people.
