Is there any way to stop the sensation or anything that helps? Im just turning 16 I've had no sexual intercourse with anyone. I got the sensation right after I materbated. I was at the doctor and had a foreign body in my eye and there was a sexy nurse there, so I came home and masterbated. Some people said it can be from too much protein and I had been drinking a ton of milk before hand. Some people said it can be from a new detergent or being allergic to something and a few days after the tingling started I got hives. It started after about 2 months of intense yoga Training. It happens randomly everyday. It is the mooladhara chakra or the base chakra activating. Doctors don't know anything about it because it is purely experiential.
I have been practicing yoga for 6 years now and although I still feel this sensation between my testicles and Anis daily, I can fell Around the navel area, heart, neck and forhead areas.
Please dont be worried as your physically healthy and it doesn't have anything to do with the physical body.
