First let me note that I am 33 years old, happily married (read: have never cheated on my wife) that has sex with my wife 3-4x a week.
I'm having an "issue" with my left testicle. It's actually not a pain or swelling, no lumps or anything negative. It's more that my left testicle has been tingling the last week or two on a very frequent basis. It's actually one of those good tingling feeling that I tend to get at the very beginning of the orgasm sensation, but definitely not as strong. I'm not going around with my hand down my pants or masturbating all the time so I'm not sure why this is sensation is on-going. It's basically going on non-stop and feels good but obviously it's not normal. I've had this situation before the last year or two but it onlyl lasted 12 hours or so after I haven't had sex in a few days and then as soon as I did, that one testicle was just overly sensative.
Any help or advice on this?
