First let me note that I am 33 years old, happily married (read: have never cheated on my wife) that has sex with my wife 3-4x a week.

I'm having an "issue" with my left testicle. It's actually not a pain or swelling, nor lumps or anything negative. It's more that my left testicle has been tingling the last week or two on a very frequent basis. It's actually one of those good tingling feeling that I tend to get at the very beginning of the orgasm sensation (a minute or two before hand), but definitely not as strong. No orgasm either. I'm not going around with my hand down my pants, not masturbating all the time, and not "blue balls" so I'm not sure why this is sensation is on-going. It's basically going on non-stop and feels good but obviously it's not normal. I've had this situation before the last year or two but it only lasted 12 hours or so after I haven't had sex in a few days and then as soon as I did, that one testicle was just overly sensative.

Sounds like a good problem to have but again, not normal and after a while, it starts getting a little annoying. I feel like I need to have an orgasm can't just pickup and go from work or make my wife leave work. Any help or advice on this?

It sounds like some sort of circulatory issue. However, a Urologist could probably answer your question quickly. It sounds like this is a "good" concern. I know that's a contradiction of terms, but you know what I mean, based on your description. :-) It has been a while since your post. What have you learned? Is the sensation still there? Please update me on your condition. It's really nice to hear that a couple is doing well and that you have been faithful to your marriage vows...Bravo. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
