Tefane is that what it is cramp muscles. I went to the doctor show her my penis. She said it looks find to her but im telling her so why is it that head of my penis gets cold. She aint have a answer. Go get tested for food sensitivities. Your GP or naturopath can set this up, its a simple blood test. Food sensitivities trigger prostatitis for me - in my case, coffee and brewers yeast - so no beer/wine for me :(

Same deal as everyone on here basically. Been almost a year now. I think its HPV related, but there's no tests for guys. I know the stronger the weed I smoke, the worse my symptoms get. Been reading lots lately how THC and HPV don't mix. Seen more docs, urologists, specialists than I can remember. Head of penis still freezing, left nut killin me, don't get erections at night anymore, and now I swear I'm having these spots show up on the head of my penis. This all started after receiving head from a w****. But hey, docs say I'm fine and disease free... :(

tip of penis felt wet, cold and very uncomfortable. lots of tests nothing showed. long story short micreme h 15g. about 1 cm of cream make sure rub it in. twice a day in and around the eye of penis. also had a fluconazole 50mg 1x a day for seven days. big sympathies to all who are in this.
