Trying to get pregnant and having new symptoms I haven't had before

So I need a little bit of your opinions. About 2 months ago I had surgery to open up my tubes because they were both blocked. Doctor said hes sure ill be pregnant within 6 months. We have been actively trying for 8 months now. I never have sore and swollen breasts before my periods and I have been extremely tired and I have been having slight cramps on and off. Normally I don't start cramping until an hour before my period. I have a 31 day cycle and my last AF was on July 25. I ovulated on Aug 6,7,8,9, and 10 and I even extended my ovulation at the 11 and 12 just to be safe. I am currently 11 DPO and for the past 3 days I have had the sore and tender breasts and the cramping. I have regular periods and regular symptoms. Has anyone experienced this before and became pregnant?? We are so hoping but I don't want to get my hopes up again!! THANK YOU :)
